Entrepreneur Development Cell (EDC)
Objective:
The EDC Cell reviews the progress of the Entrepreneur activities, the development. Cell aims to promote Techno-entrepreneurship more systematically and comprehensively with a focus on incubating all feasible ventures through technology intervention.
The EDC Cell aims to inculcate entrepreneurial spirit and culture among the Science and Engineering graduates and post graduates. The Cell conducts programs in Entrepreneurship enabling skills. To conduct skill industrial development training programs with updated technologies. To provide need-based consultancy services to industries.
The Entrepreneurship Development Cell is to incorporate suggestions and recommendations received in periodical meetings. The EDC Cell also holds meetings for annual wise review to address any grievances that may arise
Role of the Cell Members:
- Fostering the entrepreneurial spirit in Students
- Creating awareness about Transfer of Technology.
- Encouraging entrepreneurs to promote Small & Medium Enterprises
- Report to the principal on significant matters.
