Dr. S.Susi is a post graduate in Master of Business Administration from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu and completed her Doctoral degree from Bharathiar University, Coimabatore, Tamilnadu. She has 14 years of teaching experience. Her expertise includes teaching various subjects such as Management and Organizational Behaviour, Business Economics, Research Methodology and Statistical Analysis, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Performance Management System, Learning & Development, Management of Industrial relations, International Human resource Management, Leadership and Change Management, Talent and Knowledge Management, Principles of Management , Total Quality Management and Business Economics and Financial Analysis etc. . She has published many research Journal papers in various reputed journals and presented papers in various international conferences and attended various faculty development programs and workshops being organized by other organizations and Management Institutions.
