Overview

      The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science which was started in the year 2021. It offers UG Programme B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science with sanctioned intake of 60 and PG programs M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science with an intake of 30. It has dedicated and specialized faculty members in different areas of Information Technology with rich experience in academics and research. The department has well equipped laboratories with modern computer equipment’s.

        This program will prepare students with the in-demand knowledge and skills required to design and build data-driven systems for decision making in the private or public sectors upon graduation. Students will learn about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science through training in predictive, descriptive, and prescriptive analytics. Graduates will be equipped with relevant skills that can be applied to a range of industries, which increasingly use these cutting-edge technologies.

       Engineering in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science is a four years undergraduate course that deals with core Advance Subjects like Programming for Problem Solving using Python & R, Data Structures and Algorithms using Python Programming, Advanced Artificial Intelligence, Data Science using Python Programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Visualization, IoT, Cloud Computing, Bioinformatics, Software Engineering and Design, Object Oriented Programming, Web Technology, Computer Communication Networks, Cryptography and Network Security, Database Management Systems Mathematical modeling.
