The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates and Post Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct interviews.

Dr. M. Pavithra Jyothi is the placement officer of Shadan Women’s college of Engineering & Technology. She is young, dynamic and active in placement activities. The placement cell assists the students in preparing a professional Resume, giving training for Group Discussion and conducting mock interviews to develop the confidence in students. The vision of the department is to bridge between the corporate and the students of this college. This department has a tie up with many multinational companies. Awareness is also being created among the students to become a successful entrepreneur.

Ms.Kadala Divyavani is the Assistant placement officer of Shadan Women’s College of Engineering & Technology. She is young and dynamic placement activities. The placement and training is one of the active, Vibrant and popular Department. The Department carries out various Placement, Training and Student Welfare activities throughout the year.
